 SentinelPro UI UPGRADES- NEW FEATURES – 2019

  1. com/checkout : Webservice to check vehicles out to drivers, to check vehicles in, and to enter odometer readings. 

 

  1. com/SendAudio:  Webservice (for desktop or mobile devices in the field) to send “Safely pull over and check your messages” audio message to the Sentinel Pro device in the vehicle of the selected driver.

 

  1. Vehicle check in and out log in Manage tab – Reports.Nightly process is available to automatically ‘check in’ vehicles with their final OFF of the day.  Contact us if you want to be added to this service.

 

  1. All drives time range feature.  Access this by selecting the ‘hamburger’ menu to the right of the drivers name in the left navigation panel, then selecting the far-right calendar icon in the drop-down panel.  You may specify a date and time range.  You can toggle the markers on and off to create the view you want.  You will see the markers on the map when you select Submit.

Tip:  You can go full screen with the map by selecting the rectangular icon at the top right of the map.

  1. Engine on and off email and/or text notifications, in-vehicle audio option at engine on – “please turn your cell phone off or place it in airplane mode”.  

Tip:  View and change notification and alert settings by selecting the ‘hamburger’ menu to the right of the drivers name in the left navigation panel, then selecting the ‘Alert Settings’ icon in the drop-down panel. 

 

  1.       8.   Address proximity – show locations of drivers in relationship to user entered address on map and in report panel. Access this feature by selecting the magnifying glass icon at                  the top right corner of the map.

 

  1. Address history – show any driver starts, stops, or idling in close proximity to user entered address on map and in report panel. Access this feature by selecting the magnifying glass icon at the top right corner of the map.

 

  1. Email and/or text notifications for Geo Fence entry and/or exit. Tip: Please contact our support team for a walk-thru of our Geo Fence feature.

 

  1. Webservice for drivers to disable and enable their ‘tracking’ flag.  Intended for companies whose drivers own their own vehicles, or have after-hour privileges with a company vehicle.  Please call or email support for information about this service.
